Project (A) Type: Database Management and Reorganization
Project (A) Description: Researching software to switch current HR system to an electronic service – pricing, amenities and learning curve will be
assessed. This will be formatted into a comprehensive document with information about all possible options.
Project (B) Type: Internal Organization Assessment
Project (B) Description: Interviewing management personnel within the CCSA organization to gather information about the current company structure:
general information, positives, negatives, and things that need to be addressed. The information is will be used for the creation of a survey that will
be distributed to CCSA employees to help in re-organizing the current system.

communities committed to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to become lifelong readers and learners.

format. Additionally, helping to transition to the new database: restructuring data, training in data management, recommendations for data collection
going forward.

Project Description: The creation of a “Restorative Justice Advocacy Toolkit” to help schools interested in implementing restorative justice programs. This informational document will include a detailed case study example, relevant resources, and initial steps interested parties should undertake.

back into society for women exiting the NC prison system.
