Project (A) Type: Database Management and Reorganization
Project (A) Description: Researching software to switch current HR system to an electronic service – pricing, amenities and learning curve will be
​assessed. This will be formatted into a comprehensive document with information about all possible options.

Project (B) Type: Internal Organization Assessment
Project (B) Description: Interviewing management personnel within the CCSA organization to gather information about the current company structure:
general information, positives, negatives, and things that need to be addressed. The information is will be used for the creation of a survey that will
​be distributed to CCSA employees to help in re-organizing  the current system.

Mission Statement: Book Harvest provides an abundance of books and ongoing literacy support to families from birth and serves as a model for
​communities committed to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to become lifelong readers and learners.

Project Description: Researching potential database software to transition Book Harvest's current data into a more accessible and relevant
format. Additionally, helping to transition to the new database: restructuring data, training in data management, recommendations for data collection
going forward.

Project Description: Using the data that EWH has gathered on prior projects to create an impact assessment on project outputs, as well as
recommendations for the most efficacious data to concentrate on collecting moving forward.

Mission Statement: The Southern Coalition for Social Justice partners with communities of color and economically disadvantaged communities in
the south to defend and advance their political, social and economic rights through the combination of legal advocacy, research, organizing
and communications.

Project Description: The creation of a “Restorative Justice Advocacy Toolkit” to help schools interested in implementing restorative justice programs. This informational document will include a detailed case study example, relevant resources, and initial steps interested parties should undertake.

Mission Statement: To use no-kill principles and education to save cats’ lives through rescue, adoption, spay/neuter services, and community programs.

Project Description: Creating a document that can be utilized to onboard new volunteers through collecting and utilizing data on shelter cats. This will
involve a breakdown of different types of data, how the data collected by Safe Haven fits in to the shelter’s mission, and how this data can be used to
​further enrich their strategies for new cat intake.

Mission Statement: Benevolence Farms operates as a fully functioning farm and residential program. They provide jobs and a way to transition
back into society for women exiting the NC prison system.​

Project Description: DISI will help with expanding and improving Benevolence Farm’s marketing strategy for their body-products. This will include
collecting information on relevant market research, contacting potential stores willing to sell the products, evaluating current marketing strategies,
